About Us

Friends of Sonoma County Animal Shelter is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2021 by dedicated volunteers who saw the need to raise funds for medical treatments, behavioral training, and supplies for shelter animals. Each year over 1,700 animals enter the shelter.  With financial and volunteer help from our community, we will make a significant difference in the lives of the shelter animals.
