About Us

Friends of Sonoma County Animal Shelter (FOSCAS) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2021 by volunteers who saw the need to raise funds for additional medical treatments, behavioral training, and supplies for the animals in the care of Sonoma County Animal Services.  With financial and volunteer help from our community, we will make a significant difference in the lives of the shelter animals.
