SPAYING & NEUTERING
FOSCAS funded 101 spays and neuters in 2024. As of October 2025, another 100 spays and neuters have been funded. Josephine is the program's milestone 100th participant and Asil the 200th. Other grateful participants of the program include Ricky, Pinky, Sherman, Betty and Nellie.
